The Cast Covers NZ Story

At CastCovers NZ we provide a range of Bloccs waterproof covers for casts which are designed to protect plaster casts, fibreglass casts, dressings, burns and wounds from water.

Because our cast covers are available in a range of sizes to fit everyone from infants to adults, you can be assured of a comfortable fit.

Our products are available both wholesale to retailers and directly to customers through our online shop or they can be ordered by phone.

As the parents of 4 active children we know first-hand how busy life can be, rushing between school, sports and activities. We have also experienced the frustration of a broken arm just a few days before we were due to leave on a long summer holiday by the sea, the time and anxiety of wrapping the cast with tea towels, Clingfilm, plastic bags, duct tape and rubber bands to try and keep the cast dry while allowing our daughter to have fun in the sea.

Fast forward several years when the same daughter recently had her foot in cast (also during summer!) I thought to myself there has to be an easier way of coping with this for 6 long weeks, she needed a quick and easy solution to cover the cast so that she could shower and swim. I compared different products online, was really impressed with the Bloccs design and their customer feedback.
